Interlibrary Loan

It is nearly impossible for any library to have every book that every patron wants.  As a result, many libraries participate in a borrowing program that allows them to share collections with libraries across the nation and a growing number around the world.  Interlibrary Loan allows you to obtain books, journal articles, dissertations, and many other formats of information that Ottenheimer Library does not own.

For details on making use of the service please consult the Interlibrary Loan guide.

ArkLink Cards

The ARKLink Library Consortium is a voluntary association of all 47 academic libraries in the state of Arkansas. ARKLink member libraries particiate in a statewide reciprocal borrowing program using the ARKLink Card. This will allow students to borrow books from other participating members, under the guidelines set by the loaning library.

Current UALR students, faculty, and staff can obtain an ARKLink Card from the UALR Ottenheimer Library Circulation Desk.

* This card does not provide off-site access to online databases offered at these libraries. Those are restricted to on-site use, if allowed by that library.
