Searching the Online Catalog for the UALR Ottenheimer Library

The UALR Ottenheimer Library online catalog uses the Library of Congress Subject Headings (LCSH) as the base for its subject searching.  The LCSH does not recognize Primatology as a subject heading.  In its place, Primates is used.

Possible subject headings include:

WorldCat: Searching Other Libraries' Catalogs

If the UALR Ottenheimer Library does not have the books you need, it is possible to search libraries across the country for books of interest using WorldCat, also known in the library world as OCLC. It is recommended that you begin searching in WorldCat with the same terms used in our catalog, expecting a much larger set of results.

Materials found in WorldCat can be requested via Interlibrary Loan.
