If the UALR Ottenheimer Library does not have the books you need, it is possible to search libraries across the country for books of interest using WorldCat, also known in the library world as OCLC.
Materials found in WorldCat can be requested via Interlibrary Loan. Not every book in the database can be obtained from another library, but it is worth the attempt. The success rate is very good. Just do not wait until the last minute. It can take up to 10 business days for materials to be shipped from the loaning library.
If you need to find an item by a particular author, you will search the catalog by typing the author's last name, a comma, and the first name
EXAMPLE: Smith, John
Because your research tends to be quite interdisciplinary, it is difficult to pinpoint an exact area of the library collection that you can browse within. Your topic may cover many subject areas and items may be spread throughout the collection.
